In 2016 Éclat du Terroir, the emblematic premium Viennese pastry brand, is celebrating its 10th birthday. Since its launch in 2006, Éclat du Terroir, a pioneer in high quality raw deep-frozen Viennese pastries, has helped ever more professional bakers to give full expression to their creativity every day.

IN THE BEGINNING...
Over 10 years ago, Bridor approached a master French pastry chef to develop an exceptional range of Viennese pastries. The chef entrusted Bridor with the secret to making his butter croissant. Thus was born the Eclat du Terroir range after more than two years of research and development to adapt this new recipe by means of production methods inspired by ancient tradition.

In creating Eclat du Terroir, Bridor has reinvented the croissant at a time when butter content is out of all proportion.
