ÉCLAT DU TERROIR inspired by the French pastry-making tradition, offers a range of outstanding unbaked and ready-to-bake pastries. The rich, large Éclat DU TERROIR recipes include 4 deep-frozen unbaked preparations for proofing: 70 g croissant, 80 g pain au chocolat (12%), 130 g pain aux raisins and the single strip pain au chocolat (15%). There are also three pre-proofed, pre-glazed, ready-to-bake references: 80 g croissant, 50 g croissant and 80 g pain au chocolat.
