I wanted a loaf that had a rustic shape with a modern recipe. »
Sweet flavours mean the entire family will want to share this bread for breakfast or with a traditional dish. It is hand-shaped with four pleats, giving it a rustic “sack” shape (which is what the name “pochon” means). This process also produces a thicker crust for a guaranteed traditional look and longer life.
