Signé Lalos

The origin of the French word “copain” (“friend”) comes from the Latin “cum panem” or ‘the person we cut bread with’. The new range of loaves from Bridor in the “Frédéric Lalos – Paris” range evokes generosity and friendship. Their shapes might be rustic and remind us of the breads of old, but their flavour is resolutely modern and mild with a slightly sweet taste. Frédéric Lalos was keen to come up with bread that could be shared by the whole family at breakfast time, or to accompany a traditional dish.
